Back Issues and Swag
Looking for a back issue of Moto Retro Illustrated? If so, there are several ways to make it happen.
The fastest and easiest way is to email us at mitch@motoretroillustrated.com telling us which issue you’d like. (Issue #1 featured Eddie Lawson and Kawasaki’s KZ1000R on the cover. Issue #2 featured Kenny Roberts on the cover.) We’ll then shoot you a Paypal invoice, which you can pay with a credit card. Paypal is easy to use and, once you’re signed up, you’ll be able to use the service for purchases from other vendors. If you’re already a Paypal member, you can send the request and money directly to boehmm1@cox.net. Be sure to tell us exactly which issue(s) you’d like in the provided notation.
Issues mailed to U.S. addresses are $13.95 each (shipping included). Those mailed to Canada are $15.95. Those mailed to international addresses are more due to varying mailing costs and options. Please email us for pricing info and we’ll get back to you pronto.
You can also mail a check for the amount to the address at the bottom of this page, and include the address you want the issue mailed to. Or you can call 310.849.1845 and we’ll do a credit card transaction over the phone. This is the most time-consuming option, but it works all the same.
We’re confident you’ll like what you find in our pages, and not only because of the savvy writing, photography and research that go into every story. There’s also our wide-ranging coverage, which not only runs from the mid-1960s to the mid-1980s, but includes dirtbike, streetbike and minibike culture from the era. Most baby-boomers who cut their teeth in the ’60s, ’70s and ’80s weren’t into just one genre; they rode everything they could get their hands on. And that’s exactly what you’ll find in our pages – from Elsinores and RMs to Maicos and Bultacos. From RD350s and H1s to 305 Hondas and X6 Hustlers. And from collectors and collections to event coverage and how-two stuff. Moto Retro Illustrated will transport you to those Glory Days and help you make your own retro collection even more relevant today.
As for Swag: We plan to have T-shirts, stickers and the like available this summer, so check back at a later date. Thanks!
